This past weekend it was Catie's bat mitzvah, so we were unfortunately not able to go out and accomplish anything for our solution. This weekend we'll be working all day on Sunday on our cooking videos and filming for our iMovie. We're a little behind everyone due to our lack of research on sea urchins because we came up with that idea a little late in the project.
On Saturday, we're going to the Los Angeles Fish Company to purchase sea urchin. On Sunday, we plan on going to Serafina's house and filming in her kitchen with recipes. Our blog is going to become more centered towards cooking with sea urchins and helpful recipes you can use! Next blog we will share with you some recipes and then post a video on cooking with it in detail.
